UTSAV
॥ जय माता दी ॥
🌺Navratri

Built for Navratri mandals

9 nights of Garba, Dandiya, and Devi seva. Utsav handles the contributions, pass sales, and expense tracking so the trustees can focus on the arrangement.

Navratri pulls in everything — vargani from neighbours, Garba pass collections, sponsor contributions, and a mountain of food, decoration, and DJ expenses. Most mandals end up with three different notebooks and one panicked treasurer. Utsav consolidates the lot.

Made for the way your mandal actually works

Devi-themed receipts

Switch the deity image, top mantra (॥ जय माता दी ॥), and bottom blessing to your Devi context. Receipts feel like Navratri — not a generic invoice.

Donor + Garba-pass roster

Track contributors separately from pass buyers if you like. Volunteer-wise leaderboard works the same.

Nightly reports for the panel

After each night's Garba, share a one-page summary with the committee — total collected, total spent, net for the day.

Full festival isolation

Run Navratri side-by-side with Ganpati on the same mandal account. The books stay completely separate.

Frequently asked

Can I sell Garba passes through Utsav?

Today, you can record each pass as a donation/contribution with a category tag. A dedicated pass module is on the roadmap.

What about sponsor contributions?

Sponsors are entered like regular donors, with a 'Sponsor' tag if you'd like. A dedicated sponsor management module is being built next.

Multi-language?

Yes — your volunteers can run Utsav in मराठी, हिंदी, English, or ಕನ್ನಡ. Devanagari renders crisply in the receipts.
